Myself and my husband stayed in one of the 'disabled' rooms on the ground floor, my husband is a wheelchair user. There was dedicated parking right outside the hotel and automatic doors from the carpark into the hotel. The keycard operated a door from reception into the corridor outside our room. Reception and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was spacious, modern and well decorated with a very comfy bed and the TV had built-in freeview including cbbc and cbeebies! Whilst some of the hotel is undergoing what looks like a refurb, my room was clean, tidy and v modern. Lady at reception very helpful and Brewers Fayre pub next door good value. Yes, the hotel is near a railway line and opposite Tescos but no noise and no disruption. Recommended more

Fantastic value for money. Room was immaculate and spacious and perfect for a family stay. Hotel staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Adjacent Brewers Fayre provides breakfast which is way above the standard you would expect from this chain. Would definitely stay here again - famly of four cost just over £100 for 2 nights B&B!!! more
