Yet another good Premier, formerly Travel, Inn. The website and the person at central reservations both warned about possible noise from the nearby railway line but our room didn't suffer from adverse noise. I like the idea of walking from our room to the adjacent Brewers Fayre without having to go outside in the rain, wind and snow!! We were... more
Fantastic value for money. Room was immaculate and spacious and perfect for a family stay. Hotel staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. Adjacent Brewers Fayre provides breakfast which is way above the standard you would expect from this chain. Would definitely stay here again - famly of four cost just over £100 for 2 nights B&B!!! more
Just wanted a comfortable room for the night whilst visiting relatives - the Premier Inn was perfect for this. for a big company this place has got a very personel approach to customers, Checked in by Andrea who really knew her stuff. we had a minor problem which she sorted in minutes. The fish and chips in the attached pub were beautiful. more
The Travel Inn itself wasn't too bad but the attached Brewers Fayre was an absolute disgrace and unfortunately this was were we had to go for our breakfast. The service was about the worst I can remember in a long while. We ordered cooked breakfast which took about 45 minutes to arrive and the wait was certainly not worth it.... more
