We stayed for a weekend in October and had a very pleasant stay. Because of traffic we didn't arrive until gone 10pm on the Friday. We had to call Penny and she gave us directions and waited for us at the gate to wave us in. If you see a sign for Gratton leading up someone's driveway - ignore it.... more

We arrived late in the afternoon tired from walking and whilst Harry offered to carry our bags Penny offered a freshly made cup of tea - with a china cup and saucer!
