A gem of a hotel that really met our expectations. Wonderful staff, bizarre owner who must be hell to work for! Facilities updated and clean. We booked the hotel on the day, but because it is so busy we would suggest booking ahead especially if you are staying at the weekend. The breakfasts were the best we have ever had. Upon arrival i had slight trouble finding the car park but when i did i got a space no problem (others said had difficulty?) we went to the lobby to be greated by...nobody! we waited around until the receptionist returned (smelling of smoke).
