Stayed for two nights recently. Accomodation building is a recent extension to farm house, sited in a quiet & pretty spot. Rooms modern, ok size with good ensuite, shared dining & sitting room. Our family has just stayed at the Pear Tree Farm/Derbyshire Arts Centre and had a lovely time. The hosts are excellent and the place very clean. It is situated near Matlock and Cromford, a beautiful setting surrounded by peaceful countryside. Stayed one night whilst on business. What a find!! A very comfortable b&b and not a sound. If you want a peaceful night and a lovely setting in the derbyshire hills then stay here. This is a family run bed and breakfast. The couple running it are very friendly, and have put a lot of thought into making their guests comfortable.
