The house was dirty. We have a 9 month old baby and we couldn't let him crawl on the floor in the sittingroom or the kitchen. There was some broken glass under the rug in the sittingroom and more in the back garden. A lot of things were broken or missing (bedroom blinds, doors, bed, wardrobes, caffitere, dustpan and brush) and in general the house was neither well maintained or cleaned adequately.
The location was good - walking distance to Kenmare village which is a lovely town surrounded by great countryside.
The 3 bedrooms were an okay size with 2 comfortable and 2 cheap beds.
We got the house at a reduced rate for the week at 400 euros which was about the correct price for the property in high season, we would have been very dissappointed if we had paid the full amount.
In summary - while the house is in a good location, we found it to be dirty and not well maintained. more
