Everything about this unpretentious B & B was first class. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was wonderful, but best of all was our lovely host who could not have been more pleasant. He gave us an excellent recommendation for dinner, helped us with our luggage and generally made us feel welcome. Highly recommended.

An excellent place to spend two nights at the start of almost three weeks in Ireland and Scotland. Set the standard for the rest of our trip - warm hospitality, convenient parking, suitable bedroom and en-suite size, fine breakfasts, wi-fi, and convenient proximity to town.

We were so fortunate to find Avelow. The host, Patrick, is the kindest man one could meet. He was so friendly and great with my nephew. He was such an asset in helping us make our travel plans!
