Just came back from a 5 day stay in Dunkerron houses - the location is so peaceful, about 3km from Kenmare and the surroundings are beautiful. The houses are spotless and have everything you need to hand; very modern decor and easy to live in and use, had no problems at all. If travelling with young kids then maybe bring some DVDs or other indoor entertainment for very rainy days as the TV reception can be a bit variable but as a get away destination at reasonable prices, we have not found better and we have been staying in similar places for several years. Pergo PIZZA house in Kenmare does fabulous pizzas and is very reasonalbe - really enjoyed it more
