Probably the best place we stayed during our whole trip to Ireland. This house was huge, beautiful, has gorgeous views, the Best breakfast and was elegant and luxurious. Kenmare is one of my favorite Irish towns, and this place is a two-minute walk into town. and its really quite in this area, as if in the countryside. the breakfast is amazing. and the house is fabulous, very well furnished. We only had one night at Sallyport. It is a gem. Kenmare is a lovely town. I wish we could have stayed longer. Sallyport is a short walk to town through a lovely park. The accommodations are impeccable. more

This was a truly beautiful inn; one of the nicest places we stayed in Ireland. We only stayed one night, but would have liked to stay longer! The owners are very gracious and hospitable. more

This is a beautifully decorated guesthouse, more plush than most hotels. The rooms with 4 poster beds are particularly nice. Service in general is excellent, and breakfast was delicious. There are lovely walks along the lake that take you back into town. Kenmare itself is a fantastic place with great bars and restaurants. more
