No frills room, but very clean, and the host is wonderful. We had a problem with the heater in our room, the maintenance guy came up right away and fixed it. If you go to Dingle you won't spend a lot of time inside your room, so I wouldn't spend tons of money on accomodations. Murphy's was perfect for us,... more

I returned to Murphy's again in September for two nights. It was spotless and I had the same room which was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was top-class and I went away a very happy customer. They do the B&B thing very, very well. more

Right on Dingle's working yet scenic waterfront this is a wonderful place to spend a night. Rooms are nothing crazy but tidy and clean. The breakfast at Murphy's is the best I've had in Ireland, hands down! Pub isn't my favorite in the area but anyone who's been to Dingle knows the bar is set pretty high there. more

We stayed in this B&B recently and would highly recommend it. It is centrally located, very clean, decent size rooms and excellent value. The breakfast was very good and Siobhan and Michael are very welcoming hosts. more

******WARNING****** This could only happen in Ireland and especially in Kerry. There are two Murphy's B&B's in Dingle, whats worse is that they are next door to each other and totally un-related. One is a pub with rooms upstairs and the other is a purpose build guest house above a gift shop. We thought that we had booked the pub,... more

Dingle is not to be missed, and neither is Eileen at Murphy's. We came with another couple and LOVED it! THe food, ambience, and the band Trintron (spelling?) were fantastic! Eileen cooks an amazing breakfast, the place was clean and affordable, and we cannot wait to return. One of the interesting parts about staying at Murphy's is that you meet... more

If you are looking for a 'home-away-from-home" in lovely Dingle look no further! Your host & hostess Micheal & Slobhan will take good care of you. My teenage sons and I arrived exhausted at Slobhan's doorstep after traveling for about 24 hours and she greeted us with a cheerful smile, called us by name, insisted on carrying bags up the... more

Checked in, and got a great homely impression of the place from the word go - The rooms are not huge and maybe not your typical up-to-date guest house decor but everything was just perfect. Location is perfect when we walked around and did a bit of a pub crawl we met the locals ..all of whom had a big... more

Stayed here just for one night and found the staff were very nice. When we checked in we were shown several rooms and asked which one we would prefer. The whole house was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent, choice of juices, cereals, yogurts, fruit and then a full Irish with toast and brown bread. Remember this is... more
