Stayed for two nights, very quiet and clean rooms. Central location to explore Dingle and the surrounding area. There is no parking provided, but we never had trouble finding a space in the nearby public parking lot, which was free, Also free on the street parking was available. Breakfast was great. They offered some other choices besides the traditional Irish... more

We booked the Lantern Townhouse in Dingle because we wanted a B & B that was in the middle of the town, and a lot of the others were a little way out. The Lantern is bang in the middle of Main Street, just a short walk from the harbour front, with plenty of places to eat & drink within... more

We arrived in Dingle by car without prior room reservations. As a family of 4 adults, we needed 2 rooms and were a little concerned that might be problematic at the last minute. In spite of the timing of high season, we found we had several choices of accommodations as we walked along the main streets. We settled on the... more

We just retunrned from a beautiful stay at The Lantern Townhouse. Dingle is such a lovely place and the Lantern is the perfect place to enjoy such a quaint and friendly town. The rooms are very spacious and the breakfast is perfect. Sonata and her helpers are #1. There is a wonderful pub on the corner called the Small Bridge... more

We wandered into Dingle well into the evening and were startled by the range of B&Bs. We chose The Latern Townhouse because it looked neat and well-kept (and it was close to the center of town) and indeed it was. We may have been the only people staying there, but they still put a full breakfast out for us in... more

Location This B&B is located on the main thoroughfare of Dingle village. This is a noisy (attractive) street, particularly at weekends. If you want peace and quiet ask for a room at the back. Front rooms could also be affected by bright street lighting. Check in There was someone on reception. Her English wasn't brilliant. There didn't seem to be... more

Great location in the heart of dingle. Just across the street from Foxy Johns pub. Stayed the first weekend in October. Had no trouble finding parking. Would definatly stay again. more

Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and basics (hot water, towels service) are above average. Breakfast was well done and service very accomodating. Late arrivals should ensure that prior arrangements are confirmed. Parking can be problematic, but that's true for everything in Dingle. All in all, a good value in a great location. more

No negatives (except European toilet), and many positives for this accommodation. On main street in Dingle, but reasonably quiet, staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms bright and good-sized, best shower on 12-day England-Ireland trip, breakfast was fine. Priced competitively.
