Barbara and Michael could not have been better hosts. We loved our stay at Milestone. They picked us up at the bus stop, drove us back to the bus stop, and even arranged a private tour around the peninsula. The breakfast was fabulous! The view from our room was breathtaking. We loved the Milestone House and its owners, Michael and Barbara. The rate is unbelievably reasonable, and the accommodations very comfortable. I have never tasted white soda bread like the bread from this B&B. The brown bread was lovely but the white bread was excellent. Barbara and Michael were wonderful hosts. Barbara was very hands on in ensuring all guests were well equipped for their journeys outside of the B&B. The room was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was delicious and hot tea the evening we arrived as perfect to warm our chilled bones.
