We had a midweek stay in Ridge pool Hotel. We were really looking forward to a relaxing break. The reception staff were pleasant and we were allocated a room on the third floor. We used the Ridgepool on many occasions on business, it was consistent in that the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable and staff were generally fine. The "pool" is absolutely tiny so just beware, on the whole this is a very good hotel probably the best in Ballina for the price. more

The hotel is filthy, nothing is open eg, bar restaurant health spa etc. all rooms are terrible, full of smoke, dirty sheets, floor you would not want to walk on. under no circumstances bother to go there. more
