Can certainly recommend this hotel, staff are friendly and accommodating and setting is beautiful. The quality in our room was high. The swimming pool was set in nice surroundings and even offered splendid views outside at night due to exterior lighting. Breakfast was tasty and a good range was on offer. Will be back.

I went there last april´13 with a group of friends to go fishing and…well, have some beers! Fishing and beer are serious things there you know?. The experience could not have been better. Friendly staff and excellent service. The gardens, the spa, the charm of the old building full of flavors and details, the atmosphere of old heritage, everything was... More

As u drive up thro pleasant woodland the hotel from the outside lacks a little character, due to the unattractive stone used in building this fine hotel. The hotel staff in all depts are excellent. A very good welcome at reception and there is a real attempt to get over to you that you matter in making the choice to... More

Just having returned from a a family wedding at Mount Falcon I can't fault the friendliness, attentiveness and service of each and every staff member I encountered during my 4 day stay. It was wonderful in everyway. We were totally pampered and not only by the Bride & Groom. Any request was quickly satisfied. I also rank very highly the... More

Had an invitation to attend a party there some days ago with about 60 or so others. The house and estate have been restored at considerable cost. Little things, however, soon catch ones notice. The car park is some way from the main entrance. So what you ask but remember it is in the West of Ireland where it rains... More

Stayed over while attending a wedding here, can't fault hotel, facilities, rooms, food and staff BUT being asked for €30 for 3 shots of Woodford Reserve shocked me, particularly as one can purchase a 20 measure bottle for €40, A mark-up of +400% seems/is inexplicable. I rest my case.

We stayed here for a night at Easter. The house is very imposing with lots of original features preserved and well maintained. The extension where most of the bedrooms and function suite are, is sympathetic to the original building. We were in a standard double room - it was a lovely dual aspect room with nice new furniture and comfortable... More
