We stayed at Riversdale House for 10 days during the summer (2002). It was a fantastic holiday. Riversdale house is simply beautiful, with massive rooms and gorgeous views. And very reasonably priced.
But the best thing is the hospitality and warmth of the owners. They really are very 'special'. Great breakfasts, and the owners have a wealth of local knowledge which they love sharing. The river close by is great for fishing (we 'bagged up'), and the Forest Park is perfect for bike riding. I can't recommend this more highly.
