This is a lovely place and a glimpse of the true Ireland. We always stay full board, the food and atmosphere cannot be bettered anywhere. Evelyn and Mary are wonderful hosts and everything runs like silent clockwork. If I could I would stay here forever and likely live to be 100. Peter and Heather more

Coolcower House in Coolcower east of Macroom, 1 night. Old, almost like a castle but comfortable with an adjoining lounge- which was empty. It deserves the good ratings. Recommended. more

Evelyn was the greatest hostess I could have hoped for, addressing every need quickly and professionally. The rooms were perfect and the view from our window beautiful and romantic. Breakfasts were hearty, tasty,... more
