Best B & B we stayed at on our trip. Owner really creates a friendly and welcoming atmostphere with wonderful food and an immaculate and beautiful home. A little outside of the town of mallow, this creates a relaxing atmosphere while still not being too far from tourist attractions (20-30 from cork, blarney etc). Great value.
I stayed here in June 2008, the self cateing unit was a joy - clean, quiet, spacious and very comfortable.
Location was ideal, close to racecourse and within easy access to lots of tourist activities.
I would definately recommend for couples, small familes - those looking for a great location for touring yet in a beautiful country setting.

Found a great B&B just west of Mallow. Very well situated for day trips to Cork City, Kinsale, Cobh and even Killarney and Cashel. Very decent prices and new, well appointed rooms. Owner runs a great B&B.
