This was a return visit to Macliam Lodge and Maeve and John welcomed us like long lost family. They soon made friends with new members of our group and Maeve's wonderful dry humour had us crying with laughter. Macliam Lodge is conveniently located about 1/2 mile from Clonakilty town center. Maeve O'Grady Williams and her husband, John, are outstanding hosts and ensure that their guests are comfortable. The home is lovely and the rooms are well appointed. I will definitely be back anytime I am in West Cork and would definitely recommend this B&B to anyone. more
