Eat here last year & was very good,; but this year what's happened? We eat on a Monday evening, only appeared to be two staff on and they were completely indiferent to customers. My wife's rib eye was tough and small. Every thing was extra! No Atmosphere what so ever. We vist Clonakilty each year but will not be going... more

Please do not eat in this pub if you have a quesy stomach. We ate lunch at this pub recently and I can only describe the food as revolting. Below is the text of a complaint I sent to the Food Safety Authority (FSAI) about my experience: Last Wednesday, 15 August 2007, my family and I, six persons in total, went to "An Sugan” in Clonakilty Co. Cork for... more

I cannot emphasise this enough - DO NOT STAY AT THE "An Sugan" B&B. My wife and I booked a room for one night on March 3rd. We checked in at 4pm and were quite horrified by the room. We went for a late lunch in the town, and on our return realised that we simply could not sleep in... more
