We stayed at Ashgrove for two nights in September. Margaret Kelly was a gracious and generous hostess during our stay. Margaret has thoughtfully included many "extras" for the road weary traveler. Ashgrove is located in a prime and accessible location, but out of city center so rooms are very quiet. Much thought has clearly gone into provided a top notch B& B experience. more

Thank you thank you to Ashgrove House! They took us in late afternoon/early evening and gave us the last room in the house!! We were in Cork and had a major issue arise in which we called the Ashgrove House last minute hoping that they would take us in. They did and the stay was extremely pleasant. The house was a short walk (about 5 minutes) from the center of town. The town of Kinsale was GORGEOUS...we wish that we had been able to stay a few more days. I could go on and on about this B&B, the hostess, the location, and the delicious breakfast...but I'll sum it up by saying you cannot go wrong by staying here, it is absolutely wonderful!! more
