really good B&B in center of kinsale. parking. old style decor in the rooms. very comfortable. €90 for 2 persons for one night a bit pricey but the whole area seems expensive as it is a touristy town. breakfast was delish - crepes filled with fruit, scrambled eggs with either cheese or salmon, and of course the full irish. more

We could not have asked for a better stay than the Old Presbytery! Noreen was quick to respond to emails when we booked, and John even had us follow him to Cork when we left - the roads/signs (mostly lack thereof in the sign department) are quite challenging in Ireland and John got us safely on the way to Dublin!!... more

Noreen, the proprietress, is awesome! She was so nice and helpful, giving us suggestions on restaurants and directions. The breakfast in the morning was fabulous with choices of fruit crepes and traditional Irish breakfast among other items and a fruit and cereal buffet. We rented a suite with two bedrooms and a common room. The rooms were very clean and... more

Lovely place and the McEvoys were very friendly and helpful. Great location right in Kinsale town so everywhere is walkable... One of the nicest breakfast selections in our 2 weeks travelling in Ireland. Not cheap and the room is small, but we loved it! We spent 2 nights and had a wonderful time! more

I tried to book another B&B in Kinsale, and they were booked. The owner recommended The Old Presbytery. I checked it out on TripAdvisor and was very impressed with what I read, so I decided to book it. I am so glad I did! The first thing we noticed was the on-sight parking. That was nice not to have to... more

My husband and I reserved the entire B&B for our families because we were getting married in Ireland. We had never been to Ireland, so relied on the reviews and advice of others. So many had recommended the Old Presbytery, so we decided to use it as our accommodations for our wedding. From the very first contact, Ms, McEvoy was... more

My husband and I had a great stay at the Old Prebytery! Great location in Kinsale--close to city center. Our room was small but cozy and clean. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. The owners and staff were friendly. There was a computer available to guests which was handy. We loved this place! more

We love Kinsale, and we loved The Old Presbytery. Great in town location made it easy to walk to everything. Private parking in their own courtyard was a real plus as it would have been extremely difficult to find a spot in this old town with very narrow streets. Our room, the only one on the ground floor, was clean,... more

This was our favorite B&B from our recent trip to Ireland. Extremely friendly and helpful owners, wonderful breakfast and a great, spacious room. The location is great and the fact that there is a place to park your car is a plus. more

This hotel was the most enjoyable stay of our 12 day trip. Rooms were positively lovely and charming (and CLEAN!) Owner Noreen was sweet and kind and involved at just the right level (not too much not too little) Location was perfect for walking all through town; breakfast was tasty and served with a smile; free wireless internet was invaluable... more
