Had a lovely evening at Church View. The hostess was extremely helpful and gracious . . . has a tea room set up for arrival . . . a nice touch. The room was spacious, breakfast was good, and the location is about 5 minutes from the city center.
I was on the way down to Killarney for the Irish Open Golf and our ferry was late into Dublin. We were running late and arrived into Adare at 2300hours.

Staying here brought me back in time to the homey feeling of grandma's house. The rooms are decorated with floral duvets and curtains. Mrs. Riordan is a great hostess. Breakfast was very good.
We were going to a wedding in the Adare Manor, but could not afford to stay there so settled on a cheap B+B in the village.
