The first review is completely wrong- it is not shabby in the slightest- it has all the charm of a country house...ballinadee is a sleepy village, with a great local pub, and the place is very well situated. the ground on the whole are well kept, though there appears to be some construction going on which makes the place look... more

We booked this b and b because it offered family rooms with a double and two twins. Upon arrival we were very put-off by the shabby appearance, it was actually depressing. The rooms were clean, but the beds were HORRIBLE, with springs popping from our son's bed. Breakfast was good. Overall, I wouldn't stay at this b and b again,... more

On initial arrival I was a little concerned that this B&B was a little shabby but this changed as soon as I saw the inside of the place.
