I've passed by there several times and the location and Irish cottage "feel" are very authentic. Plus real chickens running around and thatch. And a little river nearby. more

Fairy Bridge is a great little hideaway in the heart of Connemara. It is a self catering cottage but Mary went out of her way and gave us A Full Irish breakfast stocked in our fridge to make oureslves with fresh eggs from the chickens in the front yard!
