When we were heading out on our first evening, we asked at reception about the main door key and they told us that there was none available (as they couldn't find one) but that there would be someone on the door to let us in whenever we returned. We returned later that night and knocked for over a half an hour but could not get in. Fortunately a taxi driver saw us and told us where the staff house was. We had to go around to this house, interrupt their party and get one of them out of bed to open the hotel door for us. -. The next morning there was no hot water in any of the rooms; great when you are getting ready to go to a wedding. The food in the place went from bad to worse. The iron stained our clothes, management 'shook their shoulders' when we complained about the service we had received and it took over 30 minutes from them to process our credit card when we were leaving.
Although we took the 'grin and bare it' attitute for our stay, I would not recommend this place to... more
