Stayed here in Clonmel for a night on Wednesday, stopped in to Mulcahy's for dinner and a few pints. Must say the food was excellent and the pints went down very well afterwards in the bar. The barmen friendly and chaty. Nice price for a room for the night aswell. Great place will stay again.

Went here as the first stop on a night out, we had a few drinks at the bar and the staff were alright. We were too late for any food so i can't comment on that. The pool hall is a great place and with music blaring it has a brilliant atmosphere

Visited this on a business trip to Cluain Meala. Had the roast and it was excellent. Good quantity. Good quality coffee. Price good. Service good. Good central location. No complaints. Will return again.

Come regulary here for a pint with my husband and maybe a few games of pool with my friends. Michael behind the bar is a lovely man. Evening Foods nice here though TBH i always avoid the carvery because the mashed pruds are very lumpy

Arriving just after 8pm on a Sunday evening, tired and hungry from travelling all day,we were most disappointed to find that there was no obvious car park by the hotel as stated -- having driven around the block because of the one way system ( and no space to pull up outside the hotel ) I phoned to ask advice... Had Lunch here during the week.Place was busy and food was hot and fresh. Decent selection and well laid out carvery. Serves purpose for what it is. Handy to grab a bite and be on your way.Dining area kinda weird, feels like you are in a nightclub.

A disaster stay in Mulcahy's Clonmel and no customer service after on complaint Stayed here last week and with the noise from the bar I could not sleep and I was on the 2nd floor. ( which was filthy and a trek to get there) The T.V only had minimal satellite channels and was supposed to have RTE as well.... More

This place is pretty basic and pricey for what you get. We arrived late on the first night and the staff were great, even accommodating us with food in the bar, we both had steaks which were excellant. It was all a bit down hill from there. We found the hallways had an unpleasant smell. The room was fine but... More

Had lunch in Mulcahys yesterday, wanted a toasted sandwich for my lunch. I went to the sandwich counter and saw that the price of the toasted special (ham, cheese, tomatoe) was €7.95 I taught that it was very expensive for a toasted sandwich and assumed that it was probably going to be served with chips and salad, the woman made up the...
