Having arrived in Bray and looking for somewhere to stay we came across the Westbourne, its situated through a bar called Dusty's, The bar is really nice and the hotel is clean, we booked a family room and a single room as there were a few of us, the family room was large enough with coffee making facilities. clean and quite nice, it was at the top of the building so there was plenty of stairs. With it being above a bar in the main part of the town obviously you will hear noise. Breakfast was really nice. (only available til 10am) and all the staff were very friendly as you'd expect in Ireland, the cook/chef enjoys tellings jokes whilst serving breakfast so expect a few wise-cracks. The beds are made everyday and towels replaced so theres no problem there. The only complaint i have is that its the same with all the hotels in Bray is that the water doesnt run too clean, bit like spain in the 80's, fine to shower but dont drink it.
