When we arrived at the hotel, the lobby smelt very bad but the employees were very friendly and helpfull, the most important is: they speak french. The bathroom and the room were clean. I stayed at PresDuLac every couple of years with my parents, and now I'm staying here every couple of years with my children! So the hotel is not new. Ended up staying for one night at the Auberge Pres du Lac (Best Western was full). Overall, the room was fine (if not for a noisy AC unit) and clean (windows can be opened).
