The room was located in a Mini foyer area, complete with vending machine, so I was woken at 5.20am by people relaxing and chatting outside my door. Bedroom was a very generous size with plenty of space for a double bed and a single as well (apparently a common arrangement in Ireland). Nicely furnished and with good bed linen. Booked this hotel at the last minute. Very few vacancies in the city. Thought I could deal with this for one night. Extremely disapointed with this hotel, looks great from the outside but thats where it ends. Staff were pleasant enough, however the standards were very poor. Rooms could have done with being somewhat cleaner and the restaurant could only be described as that of an all inclusive holiday in spain crossed with butlins, but that would be doing butlins an injustice.... more
