I stayed at this hotel for a family wedding. The staff were exceptionally pleasant and couldn't have been more helpful. The food was very good too. hotel grand. the only bad thing was that i was overcharged. i was then in contact with the hotel on several occasions where i felt they were dealing with the problem but to this day i have received nothing yet... very annoying....charged a deposit and then charged full amount on checkout. wedding lovely, low key and food delicious. good atmosphere more

Obviously this place seems to be oblivious to the fact that guests can convey their experience on the web. The room's were great, the service, the restaurant, the people upstairs... were an entirely different thing. Rooms had bugs hanging from ceiling.
