Stayed in this hotel on many occasions just keep returning and it never dissapoints. Friendly staff, good food and the rooms are very clean and comfortable. the beds especially are worth the stay alone, best sleep ever!!! In great location close to shops pubs and clubs. Stayed here one night on business. The girl on reception was just shy of rude and certainly not welcoming. The food was ok but a bit pedestrian. Recently stayed here for a weekend with a friend for a girls weekend away. Hotel is in a good location (approx 5minute walk to town centre). Rooms quite spacious and clean with really comfy beds!! Only had breakfast one of the mornings, it was lovely!!! Will be back here again in the future! more

stayed there last weekend with my partner reception staff are so pleasent on arrival. food in restuarant was beautiful and very good value. My partner said his steak was as good as he ever had. Very convienient to pubs and clubs and we also enjoyed the late bar. will be back in letterkenny and will be back to the encore. more

This really is one of the worst hotels in Letterkenny. The location is grim, the food is grim, the hotel is grim. Will not be back. more
