We have had lunch on a number of occasions in the Old Imperial Hotel. Every time, we have found the standard of the service and the food to be exceptional. Portions are, if anything, too large for comfort. The wedges that come with the paninis are fantastic. Everything is beautifully presented. We will be returning.

Hi, Yesterday Sunday 5th May, I was on my way from Co Kilkenny to Cork city where I live. I stopped for some grub and went into the Bistro @ The Old Youghal Hotel. Luckily I got a table as the place was busy. I was impressed by Mark and his team as they worked hard. The lunch I had... More

We stumbled upon this Hotel as cork was in grid lock and we are so happy we left Cork. From the time we entered the hotel we loved it,from the art work to the room with king size bed ,and the great food served in their restaurant. We found out that the waiter serving our drinks and food was in fact... More

Stayed here recently for the first time. All the staff I interacted with we're brilliant. Our room was on the second floor and was spotless the decor was really impressive. The food was first class and good value for money. I visit Youghal a few times a year and in the words of Arnold from the movie. I'll Be Back!

Situated bang in the middle of historic Youghal The Old Imperial is the perfect spot for a break in East Cork. Staff are warm, friendly, most helpful and the food is truly wonderful - and most creatively presented. And the best part is that it's fantastic value for money which is so important at the moment. There's tons to see... More

Very friendly. Quiet. Central. Off-street parking. Comfortable Bed. Excellent room facilities: free WiFi, tea-making facilities, hair-dryer, iron & board and good quality toiletries. Spotlessly clean. Excellent restaurant, wide choice, quality dishes - really tasty (try the Smokies starter - delicious!). And the Murphy's was great! Great breakfast - I had the haddock & poached eggs which was fantastic - but,... More
