Mary is a wonderful host. The rooms are quiant, and welcoming. A perfect location if traveling to shannon airport or bunratty castle, very easy to find. Her Brown Bread was Delicious! more

Mary takes special care to see that your stay is comfortable, and she goes the extra mile to help when glitches in your travel plans come up. The room we stayed in was nicely decorated and very comfortable. We were sad that we couldn't stay longer. more

Bunratty Lodge was a lovely place to stay at the end of our trip. It would have been nice at any time during our stay but we really enjoyed the modernity, cleanliness, delicious breakfast and conversation with Mary as we were winding down our trip. It is an easy drive to the airport. Our room was very pretty and clean. more

My sister and I booked this B&B for our first and last night stays of an 11 day visit. It is a very short easy drive from Shannon Airport. I have never been in a cleaner en suite B&B with such attention to detail. Wifi, hairdryers, special mattresses, a towel warming bar, television, plenty of electrical outlets, a lot of thought... more

This was one of the best B&B's I've stayed at. Spent 2 nights there while visiting western Ireland. It's very close to Bunratty Castle; about an hour's drive to the Cliffs of Moher; and about 40 minutes to the Burren...an amazingly beautiful natural landscape. The B&B itself is beautiful. The rooms were spacious, the breakfast was wonderfully delicious (!), and... more

Bunratty Lodge was our last B&B. It is a wonderful spot. rooms are very spacious and beds were unbelievably comfortable. Largest shower we encountered during trip! Owner greeted us and made us feel right at home. She has been in business for a long time and knows what she is doing. Breakfast was delicious...even with Maine maple syrup. Offered to... more

We stayed in Bunratty on our journey back from Connemara to Dublin. After visiting the Burren, we drove into town and planned on visiting the castle the next day. At first we were worried about the Bunratty Lodge being far away from the castle area, but it was a perfect stop over for us. Being a little bit away from... more

God bless you Ms. Mary... I... more

Mary Browne has a wonderful hostess. We only spent one night here as we were flying out of Shannon early the next morning. She was very nice and the house is lovely ( I noticed the picture here was blue - the house is Yellow now). It's only a 10 minute drive to the airport and just down the road... more
