From picking us up at the Bunratty bus stop until dropping us off at the bus station, our stay at Dunaree was just what the doctor ordered after 6 strenuous days of biking around Clare. Breakfasts were wonderful, amenities were great, the house was quiet and relaxing, and the suggestions for things to do were nice. We were well looked... More

My fiance and I found Dunaree through trip advisor and the high ratings are very well deserved. The home is beautiful and has lovely flowers everywhere and we could walk to Bunratty Castle and Folk Park easily. Great location and very comfortable, clean, and beautiful room. The breakfast was also fantastic - we had had so many eggs throughout our... More

Penny O'Connor, the owner, is a wonderful hostess. She was very accommodating, setting us up with an early breakfast, since our flight left at 9:00 in the morning. The house is and garden are beautiful, the room was very comfortable, and there is WiFi in the house, which was helpful in keeping family apprised of changes in our travel plans.... More

We stayed here for just one night, our last night in Ireland. The owner, Penny, was very warm and friendly and made all of us feel quite welcome. She even checked on us during the evening to see if we were comfortable and making sure everything was fine. There wasn't a TV in our room, but I didn't even notice... More

This B and B was one of the nicest we stayed in during our visit to Western Ireland. It was comfortable and so close to the Bunratty Castle that we were able to walk from the BB to the pubs within 15 minutes. The proprietors were wonderfully nice and flexible with our request for breakfast (by the way, delicious!) It... More

My husband and I stayed one night at the Dunaree. It was the last day/night of our 10 day Ireland vacation. Over the course of the trip we stayed in 2 hotels and 4 B & B's. We found each B & B had something special. Here, at the Dunaree, it was the location, the breakfast, and the hostess, Penny.... More

This was the first of several B&B's we stayed in during our two week trip to Ireland. Penny is a warm and welcoming host with a beautiful home, clean and comfortable rooms, and a delicious breakfast to start you on your day. The Dunaree, though near to Bunratty and the Folkpark, can be a long walk, and I would be... More

We spent 10 days in Ireland, our first trip, and this was by and far the best place we stayed. The house is beautiful, the location is within walking distance to Bunratty Castle and Durty Nelly's and Penny was wonderful. She was warm and welcoming and gave us some helpful tips. The breakfast was wonderful and it was nice to... More

Great experience. The location in Bunratty was an excellent location within walking distance from the main town and a short drive to Shannon Airport. Very helpful and understanding. The breakfast was excellent and room was comfortable and spotlessly clean. The home and room were well decorated. Thanks for the great time! More

Penny and Kevin have a beautiful, clean home and in a very convenient location. We only wish we had more time to spend with such welcoming people. More
