We spend one night at this place. Dolores is a great host, warm and always want to help. The only reason I did not give a 5 star reveiw is because compare with the 3 family rooms we stayed previously, the family room tand he bath room here were small and plain. I did get to see several other double... more

We stayed at Bunratty Mews over the Easter holiday. Unfortunately this B&B wasn't really up to the standards I would have expected. Delores was warm & friendly & was able to give us suggestions for visiting places but her personality isn't enough to carry the rest of the B&B. The accomodation on the other hand needs a bit of work.... more

Wow! I booked Bunratty Castle Mews after reading all the fabulous reviews and although I agree that Delores is a lovely person, I have to write an honest review. It is hard to believe we are reviewing the same place. In fact when I arrived, I checked tripadvisor to make sure I was in the same place that I had... more

We stayed three nights in early March in the Ireland room. The room, with private bath, was clean, comfortable and charming, if not overly large. After dinner elsewhere, we took advantage of a lovely sitting room at the B&B, having it all to ourselves. The Irish breakfast was delicious and more than enough to let us cut food corners later... more

We stayed at Bunratty Mews our last night in Ireland, having made previous banquet reservations at the castle for that evening. If we had stayed here our first night, I doubt we would have gone anywhere else! The accommodations are lovely, the view magnificent, the location superb, the breakfast outstanding, but what puts this B&B over the top, above and... more

Just returned from a 9 day trip to Ireland, staying in B&B's every night. Bunratty Castle Mews was by far my favorite. Dolores, the owner, was an amazing hostess! Originally we had booked one room to share for three adults, but, when a member of our party became ill, we called ahead hoping to split our reservation into two rooms,... more

Dolores and her husband were extremely hospitable and very accommodating. I was so happy we chose castle mews for our last nights stay but I wish our stay was longer. The BB is in a convenient location with a short walk to the castle and nellys. Our room was clean, large and comfortable. Breakfasts were tasty and filling. My husband... more

We stayed for one night at the Bunratty Castle Mews before flying out of Shannon the following morning. The B&B is conveniently located near Durty Nellys and the Bunratty folk park, and is only a few minutes drive from the Shannon Airport. Dolores is a very kind host, and her breakfast was the absolute best! (We are now addicted to... more

Decided last minute to get away for the weekend and as we liked Durty Nelly's decided to go to Bunratty and came across the Bunratty Castle Mews. From the moment I spoke to Delores on the phone I knew we were going to have a great time. The Mews is located on the road right between the castle/folk park and... more

The best memory we have of IRL incorporates Delores of Bunratty Castle Mews, Durty Nelly's Pub just up the street, and three crazy-awesome Irishmen. I will never pass up an opportunity to stay at the Castle Mews, gazing out upon the fabulous foals, lush greenery and—of course—none other than the Bunratty Castle itself! Comfortable beds, Fresh water and tea available... more
