My husband and I have just returned from a mini spring break in Powerscourt(ie: one night, two treatments, dinner, breakfast and lunch)I agree with the other contributers, you really could do better for almost 700 euro..The staff are very pleasant and the therapists we both enountered were excellent but the place is so dated and the pool area so mouldy. The bedrooms were awful, felt so... more

My husband and I visited Powerscourt Springs for a massage. We got there early so as to sample the restaurant that they advertise on the website only to find out that this is for residents only and we couldn’t even get a coffee anywhere on the premises. Both of our massages were lovely but we were both very disappointed with... more

Took my mum here for mothers day and we had a great time. This was my 14th stay here so I guess that says it all. It probably isnt as trendy as new spas but I think there must be few spas located in such a beautiful location that can give me what I want, which is to totally switch... more

Sorry this review is late. Like the previous reviewer I stayed here two years ago and loved it. Sadly after returning in March of this year, I said my final good bye to Powerscourt. The pool area is in need of serious renovations - several little tiles in the steam room had fallen off and there was a moldy smell.... more

Having earmarked time away from husbands and kids for some quality time together, myself and my friend booked in for a Pampering Day in Powerscourt. The countryside that surrounds it is so beautiful that we had started to relax before we even arrived! The athmosphere was lovely, intimate and relaxing.. It was a perfect day! We had various treatments, such... more

I stayed in Powerscourt Springs two years ago and had a wonderful experience. I returned in February of this year and found everything very tired. The beautiful freshly squeezed juice you got on arrival has been replaced by regular watered down juice. The corridors and open areas are in need of paint. We had a problem with a leaking toilet... more

Management response from
Sinead Hickie, Marketing Manager

As we are always endeavouring to maintain and to improve our standards of customer care, we welcome all feedback from our guests. On my behalf of management I regret that we did not get to discuss the clients dissatisfaction on a one-to-one basis. It is very, very rare to get complaints such as this. Whilst we appreciate that this particular...
