Spent a night with my parents - beautiful rooms and view, complimentary wine and shortbread. Turf fire was welcome on a March snowy evening. Lovely night,great food and service.Why oh why haven't I been before. Setting a good standard that others should be trying to attain. I loved Frank Eggington paintings when I was young visiting the Gallery and forgot he lived in the Mill,so was good to see some of his pictures in the lounge.

Had dinner for 4 on 15th Sept. We were all very impressed with menu choice and its good to see where everything is sourced from. This is city dining in a rural environment with a great ambiance and good knowledgeable service - will definitely return on next visit.
