A charming old style property appropriately decorated with an exceptional garden and great staff. The property enables its guests to experience residing in Cape Town during the bygone era. Absolutely, loved this bed and breakfast establishment and would stay here again! More

Greenways is a secret to most Cape Town residents, but it is one of the best restaurants that I have visited in ages! Set in truly beautiful surroundings, the ambience is one of relaxed charm. The staff are amazing, and the food is really great. In the middle of the silly season rush, what a very special way to take... More

My husband and I stayed at Greenways for a weekend in November and had a wonderful time. Staff were exceptional. Old world charm throughout the house is perfect. Tea and coffee station was offered to us which was enjoyed. Mini bar is FREE which is rather rare in other hotels. Beds were very comfortable. My only complaint was the very... More

I often travel to Cape Town on Business, and usually stay in City Centre Hotels which are within walking distance to my meetings. The only problem is that after a long day, one needs to unwind and this is impossible to do in a cramped Hotel room 10 stories up. The Greenways Hotel has turned my last visit to Cape... More

From 23rd to 25th October I stayed in Greenways with a small group and everybody was just happy with the hotel, the food, the garden, the staff und - specially! - the extensive breakfast selection. So I just don't know whether Dave Y really was in the same hotel than me and my friends. As I'm in the travel trade,... More

I stayed at Greenways on a business trip to Cape Town; the hotel was selected for its close proximity to the Vineyard Hotel where I usually reside (it was unfortunately full). It is true that Greenways has magnificent grounds and is in a prime location, but the olde world charm tends more towards looking tired and in need of a... More

The last time I was at Greenways Hotel, was in March 2011 and the hotel was already at that time beautiful, but in the meantime a lot of things have even improved. The variety for breakfast is even bigger, the new lounge simply looks stunning with its red, gold and black, I also loved the changes to the dining room... More

Greenways is small but extraordinary hotel. The rooms are large and comfortable. The rooms are furnished tastefully. The garden is huge and has a lot of very nice plants and flowers. The service is friendly and helpful. The menu at the restaurant Ashtons is small, but the food is excellent. More
