Stayed in Doolin for one night in April of this year and could not have been happier with our choice of hotel. This hotel was as good as it gets....incredible bedroom (on first floor), modern, clean and so spacious. Staff were really friendly and breakfast was excellent. Only disappointment was that we could not have stayed for the rest of... more

Stayed here for a night with my boyfriend, found staff to be very helpful and friendly. Rooms were very clean. Is a lovely modern hotel with very comfortable big beds, nice duvets. Staff couldnt have done more for us. Will definitely be going back. Read on other review that reception wasnt staffed, there wasnt someone there all the time but... more

the area that this hotel is in is a very boring location and the room and hotel were dirty also .. 90 percent of the time there was no one at the desk to ask questions .. also there is a bar but no one was ever even there to serve drinks or anything else.. All in all the quality... more

Stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and found it to be great value was €200 for the entire stay for B&B. The rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel is very quiet with most people leaving the hotel to go to the bars in the village. the hotel is within walking distance of all pubs and restaurants in... more

I stayed at this hotel three years ago on the week it opened, I beleive I paid roughly 85 euro for two people and I thought it was the best hotel ever. (I'm by no means a hotel connoisseur, but Ive been to a few 5 star hotels in the US) My recent stay in May 2009 was a very... more

The hotel was clean and the room was wonderful. This is a great place to relax in this charming fishing village. Close to the Cliffs of Moher and the ferry to the Aran Islands. Small village that is easy to get around by walking. The pubs and people are extremely friendly and welcome tourist. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff... more

I usually opt for guest houses or b&bs when staying in Ireland, but after reading the reviews here on TA and looking at the web-site, I decided to stay at Tir Gan Ean, a decision I do not regret. My single room was on the ground floor just off reception. The en-suite room (shower) was extremely spacious and equipped with... more

We were in Ireland for 15 days and wanted to stay in Doolin one night. Doolin is not even what I would call a town, but just a few buildings. It is charming though and in a great location being very close to the Cliffs of Moher and the Doolin ferry which can take you to the Aran islands or... more

We booked Tir Gan Ean house hotel for my husbands 40th Birthday celebration. Many of our family and friends stayed on the Fri and Sat night and were more than impressed with the service. Our guests included a good number of children and the wonderful staff made every effort to be welcoming, kind and thoughtful to each and every one.... more

My husband & I stayed here in July with our 4 kids and it was wonderful. The hotel in new and modern and has very inviting, comfortable rooms with all the amenities you would expect in a larger more expensive hotel. The restaurant was good and the staff were friendly and accomodating. I WILL DEFINATELY RETURN AGAIN. more
