This was our first stay at Yr Hen Felin but I’m sure it won’t be our last. Carefully chosen from the great reviews on Trip Advisor for our first visit to this area and we were not disappointed. A converted old mill in a beautiful setting – gravel drive, stream through the garden, charming little village – picture perfect. We... More

In a great part of the Llyn Peninsula with pretty local beaches and walks and not far from many other lovely parts of Wales, the room and ensuite were very spacious, the decor so tastefully done throughout, the breakfast delicious. An excellent place for relaxing/special occasions and feeling spoilt. Paul and Carys are lovely hosts.

Yr Hen Felin is spotlessly clean, our suite was huge, the breakfasts were perfect. Carys and Paul are perfect hosts. Edern is a good central location for some beautiful scenery including the Rivals, the restored cottages at the National Welsh Language Centre at Nant, the pub on the beach at Porth Dinllaen and a beautiful coast around Porth Ysgaden.

Love it here. Found it last year and visited again this. Carys and Paul are so friendly and welcoming. Rooms are spacious, clean (scrupilously!) and charming. All you would want and expect from hotels charging twice the price is provided. Paul cooks a mean breakfast. What can I say but go and try it fro yourself - you won't be... More

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. We were given a really warm welcome . The room was beautiful with a huge bed and everything you could possibly need. The breakfast was by far the best ever. Without fault. We ate both nights in the Ship which was literally a 2 minute walk. The food and ambience of... More
