The place was spotlessly clean and comfortable. I stayed for 6 nights and had a different and delicious cooked breakfast everyday. The location was quiet and was a minute walk from the train station and about 750 m walk from Warwick Centro shopping which has all shops, restaurants and movie theatres. “Couldn't have wished for any more”

This place is excellent! Clean and new and the ideal quiet location not far from everything- airport, beaches, Perth city, Swan Valley and State softball park for which we were there, shopping centres and public transport at the back door. Perth is so easy to get around on the freeways and this location is a step of the main ones.... More

The place is clean. However, location is horrible, about 25 minutes driving (or train) from centre of perth. The stay is unpleasant with hard egg and cold cereals for breakfast. With such sky high price, we expected more.
