We have been to Disney in both Florida and California several times. We almost never stay at a Disney hotel because they are over-priced and provide very poor service. At Disney Paris we decided to stay at a Disney property because they open the park to hotel guests two hours early every day. Given the limited operating hours on June... more

When i went to Disneyland Paris i stayed in this hotel and it was lovely. Granted it was a couple of years ago so the decor may have suffered since but we had a great time there. The location of the hotel is fabulous. Right on the big lake just minutes walk from the Disney Village and the main park.... more

Stayed here a couple of times and each time it seems to get worse. Be prepared to spend an hour checking in! Also we cant forget the small cramped room especially family rooms. The rooms are nicely decorated in torn wallpaper dirty bed sheets with cigarette holes in them and dirty bath and toilet. On the last day we had... more

Disney is not everyone's cup of tea and unfortunately I fall into this category, ie grumpy old man. So before we got there my perception was that I was not going to enjoy the stay. Have to say it was ok, a bit too busy for me but thats the Disney Experience. It was very expensive but also full so... more

We stayed at the Newport from the 15th june to 18th June and totally enjoyed our stay. After reading the reviews on here i booked a room on the Admiral floor and asked for a high floor, for a good view and close to the lifts as my wife is expecting. we were given the 7th floor, literally round the... more

We stayed here when we went to Disneyland. When you arrive you have to queue for the check in. When you enter the room you realize you are staying in a 2 to 3 stars hotel instead than 4, there is a strange smell and most of the rooms are so far from the lift you need to walk for... more

I'm not sure if the hotel is badly designed or people are just too rude and eager to get in the lift or through a door or into the pool or down the stairs before the next person...A huge hotel with all you need really - but the movement of people within it seems to be a problem...It needs some... more

We booked our xmas holidays here. The hotel is way too pricey considering it was in bad shape, is quite old, the wallpaper was coming off the walls, bathroom in bad shape, form the moment you entered the hotel there was this insane smell like vanilla air refresher to sort of cover up the bad stuff. We stayed in one... more

Just returned from a 2 night/3 days stay at Disneyland Paris. Our accomodations at the Newport Bay Club were very disappointing. We chose this hotel after a stay at Orlando's Beach Club. The reception area was okay, with the rest of the hotel showing signs of age and wear. The wallpaper was ripped in 3 different places in our room... more

Just back from 4 days at the New Port Bay in Euro Disney. I must say I was a little worried about my stay after reading some on the reviews before I left. I am happy to report that the worrys were totally unfounded. We could not have asked for a nicer Hotel. I did take an board some of... more
