first of all, there was no one to assist you with your luggage. This is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel. The decor is reminiscent of Las Vegas' Excalibur Hotel. I was not impressed. This is supposed to be a 4* hotel. As you walk in, no help with luggage. There are only a few luggage trolleys. When checking out there was none available. A clean and nicely presented hotel but overpriced. A combination of positives and negatives really. Positives Very clean, comfortable, well maintained, l'Occitane toiletries, well positioned in a pretty setting, lovely outdoor area, polite staff.
