Hotel staff seemed to be always in a rush and never seemed to be able to deliver good service. Front desk was good but some of the staff (older ladies) had a German arrogance to their service not like North American desk staff.
Rooms are small with no airconditioning.
Nicer section of the restaurant is reserved for smokers and the nonsmokers are relegated to the cheaper halls and open seating.
Meals are good and good serving sizes.
