working at sunderland station took long lease on apartment due to shifts works better than hotel really good spot wetherspoons across road nightlife 2min food and centre 2mins all round great spot everything you need with convenience of own flat ie cook what you like etc
We actually stayed on June 2009 when we went to see Take That at Sunderland Stadium of Light.
We were speechless at how lovely this place was. In our apartment the rooms were lovely, over 2 floors. Fully equipped kitchen, separate lounge, two bedrooms lovely bathroom.
Good location with some great restaurants nearby.
Tried to get in again this year...
