I chose to stay at this hotel because of its location; on the sea front. Seaburn is a fairly quiet seaside resort with a sandy beach. We came up to Sunderland for a match and this was convenient for both the Stadium of Light (either a longish walk or a bus ride) and for catching the metro at Seaburn to Newcastle.
