I have stayed at this hotel very recently, and have to say I am thoroughly disgusted with the hotel. Not only is our room filthy and unkept, with shoddy (if any) maintenance done to the interior, the entire facility is run down, dated, and most of all very dirty. When we arrived we weren't expecting much considering the price we paid for the apartment but were pleasantly surprised. The room was basic but had amenity you would need. The hotel is situated right on the harbour front at Port de Cap D'Ail, which is to the West of Monte Carlo, and a lot quieter than the other harbours. Our family of four (two adults, two teenage girls) enjoyed a week in this well apppointed and well located accommodation. The modern two storey building forms much of the east side of the Cap d'Ail marina.
