This was an outstanding hotel in St Juilians. Great location on Spinola Bay with convenient bus stops immediately outside with buses to Valleta and ferry to Gozo. Both the cafe and Zest resturant served excellent food and breakfast was no exception. Staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. Rooms are comfortable, well sized, stylish and very clean. No complaints at all... More

Hotel Juliani overlooks Spinola Bay and in my opinion is the best boutique hotel in Malta. We have stayed there on our past 5 visits to Malta, and our staying again on our upcoming trip this July. We prefer smaller hotels to the large hotel chains. The location is central and amongst many restaurants, bars and atmosphere. Close but far... More

This was our second stay at the Juliani, 7 nights in the first week of April leading up to the Easter weekend. It was our Golden Wedding anniversary and we chose it as we had been very impressed with the hotel on our previous stay 5 years ago. The hotel has maintained its standards but the noise and the traffic... More

Spent a 4 night birthday break at hotel Juliani in November 2011. A very pleasant stay in a suite with a balcony over looking Spinola Bay. Everything was to our liking, clean, well maintained great location for buses and local restaurants. Staff very helpful, pleasant and efficient. Had a memorable evening at the inhouse restaurant Zest, the degustation menu was... More

The Hotel Juliani is fantastic! This was our third stay in three years, and we are amazed at just how well maintained the property is. Perfect location. Free WiFi. Great in-house restaurant. Communications before, during, and after our stay are top notch, and all email inquiries are answered within 48 hours. And most of all, the staff (including manager Georgios... More

I always prefer small hotels with a bit of character to giant chain hotels with impersonal service, bland design and noisy groups. Juliani certainly fits the bill. It's modern and well-appointed, enjoys a very nice location (the beautiful Spinola Bay), yet offers the intimate atmosphere and personal service only a small hotel can provide. My suite was very spacious, complete... More

My partner and I use trip advisor regularly, Hotel Juliani looked lovely and as it was rated number 1 on trip advisor we were easily convinced. the hotel offered a beat the credit crunch deal which included a hop on hop off bus ticket for us both and a three course dinner in their restaurant Zest, When we checked in... Hotel Juliani is well situated overlooking Spinola Bay. It is a very busy stretch of road and crossing it demands a degree of confidence, nerve and luck. It is very handy for the regular buses into Valletta and to pick up the 'hop on hop off' buses. From the outside the hotel really doesn't look much but as soon as... More
