We have stayed at the Bracknell Travelodge on a number of occasions, and it proves that budget cost doesn't mean poor service. The rooms are lovely and clean, there is the facility to eat 24 hours, and the staff are so pleasant. The welcome is always warm and they remember you if you have been before.
