Great quality hotel, very comfortable rooms and decor interesting. Breakfast and food excellent, as was the check-in-out service. Used the pool, sauna and steam room, all OK, male changing room having trouble with tiles at the moment but repairs are underway. The hotel is a fair size and quite noticiable so you won't miss it. Read some bad reviews of this hotel (check the dates!), but it has been recently renovated and we found it to be lovely, comfortable, welcoming and the staff all delightful. Travelled with a mom and dad, two young children and a grandma and grandpa--all were very happy with our stay. more

This is a lovely 4 star hotel which is modern, clean and has helpful staff. Having read some of the other reviews, we approached with trepidation, but had an excellent 2-day break and are surprised at some of the negative things said - it's almost like some of the other reviewers stayed at a different hotel! Don't be put off by previous bad reviews! On check in at the hotel the staff were extremely helpful and professional, a standard that was continued throughout our stay. We stayed at the hotel for a friend's Hen Party, rooms were immaculate, our spa treatments were at the highest standard and our night in the nightclub was one to remember! more
